If you're not satisfied with your order from PokemonWinkel.nl, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt (see also Article 6 of our Terms and Conditions). After receiving the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded within 3 days.
If the product is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately.

When refunding returned products, the shipping costs incurred for the original order will not be refunded.
